using facilities supplied by recreational vehicle parks and
campgrounds that offer temporary living sites for use by
RVs and camping units. Guidelines serve as a basis for
regulations by authorities having jurisdiction over the
facilities provided in new recreational vehicle parks and
campgrounds and additions to existing facilities.
